Awesome staff, awesome beers.
Xavier, Maxime, and Francis have a savant's knowledge of everything they sell in that store. I have vacationed in Trois Rivieres a few times, and have dropped by La Barik each time. I have talked to other acquaintances in TR, and each has told me that La Barik sets the standard for beer stores in all of Quebec, not just TR. My jaw dropped the first time I visited the store in September of 2007. I have been introduced to so many styles of beer that I never had before, and, for the most part, not available in Ontario. For my fellow Ontarians, get yourself a beer education at La Barik.
