Very easy to get to from the autoroute. The hotel is right next to the St Lawrence river so we have a great view of the river. My room is super nice, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom very modern. I arrived in the room and I did my clean sweep with a wet ones cloth and there was no surface dirt on any of the bureaus and none in the drawers. The hotel is being renovated but there are no real inconveniences. The staff are very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and suggest the hotel to my friends.
After an overnight flight to Montreal, we were looking forward to an early check in so we could rest and enjoy the city. I had requested a check in of 11am and heard nothing from the hotel suggesting it wouldnt be ok. We arrived at 11:30 and were met with the most unhelpful snd unfriendly Marriott employee Ive ever encountered. She was curt, rude and insulting and offered neither solution nor apology when no rooms were available despite our reservation and request. I am a devoted Marriott customer- having spent over 100 nights in recent years in company hotels. I was incredibly disappointed in how the front desk agent treated me and promptly cancelled my reservation and took my business elsewhere in the city.
Nous avons eu l'occasion de sjourner une nuit dans une chambre rnove et la dco est trs russie / moderne. Les lits sont trs confortables. Le nouveau restaurant est trs bien, le service y fut trs courtois, malgr le fait que nous tions un groupe important. Il y a eu deux fausses alarmes d'incendie durant la nuit, probablement lies aux festivits entourant un mariage. Nous avons reu un ddommagement correct en lien avec la nuit perturbe.
Excellent staff. Great food. Room was great except for sound from adjoining rooms. Other quests are clearly heard in normal conversation from the next room.
The hotel is almost all renovated now. The staff was wonderful at the front desk tonight! The rooms are gorgeous and impeccably clean... and the view, wow! I would recommend this hotel for sure!
