Very neat place for the kids to learn some history.
An interesting piece of Canadian history
It's a nice small National Park, interesting to see a small village was based on making iron products. The trail is easy to follow and the Iron Master's house and the forging mill are designed well, especially for activities for kids/students. At the end of the trail you follow there is a picnic area with tables and some covering.
Beautiful child-friendly museums to see and large grounds to explore including a nice 2 kilometer walk through the woods along the river. A great way to spend an afternoon.
U can have a little bit fun in the basement part. River side is nice. The Picnic site is far away from the museum.
