Pretty boring exhibits the tour of the prison was a waste of an hour. Bring your kids here as a punishment for not doing homework
The comic book exhibition was great and and the rest of the museum was interesting. The Bourgalt exhibit had some great pieces in it. We were looking forward to the prison but it was offered as guided tour only and only available in French. So while we were offered the tour, it was obvious that we wouldn't have got the full experience either way and only did the floor museum. The 3 exhibit rooms were enough for a quick visit, not enough to plan a day or even afternoon around. Nice place and people, just a limited experience.
We took a tour of the old Trois-Rivieres prison. The tour cost 15$ pp and lasted and hour. The guide was very thorough and informative.
Superbe muse. Les prix sont abordables, les locaux sont grands et bien amnags. Plusieurs expositions voir en famille. J'y vais de temps en temps depuis des annes et je ne suis jamais du. Maintenant, j'y vais avec mes jeunes enfants et eux aussi apprcient leur visite! Le personnel est trs sympathique aussi!Seul bmol, le stationnement peut tre problmatique, comme c'est toujours le cas au centre-ville de Trois-Rivires.
The old prison visit is a MUST! The guide was extremely knowlegeable and really made our visit super interesting! I learned a lot about Quebec and Trois-Rivire's history!
